TheraPLAYoga- Adaptive Yoga + Sensory Wellness

Accessible yoga for kids, teens and adults with complex needs, diverse abilities and backgrounds. Sensory integrated, adaptive yoga and mindfulness to build interoceptive awareness, regulation, resilience, and compassion.

This channel is useful for all ages of people who experience autism and other neuro-diversities, sensory processing disorder; physical, mental, and developmental disabilities, chronic pain, chronic stress, and trauma.

Gloria Treviño (she/her) is an inclusion and compassion activist, accessibility advocate, adaptive yoga teacher, and heart-led entrepreneur; called to create radically inclusive yoga spaces for, truly, every body and brain.  She is the owner of TheraPLAYoga- a socially conscious virtual and mobile yoga studio in Lansing, Michigan; sharing therapeutic playful yoga.  She created TheraPLAYoga from personal experience and a desire to hold space for personal growth and social change.
