The Neuro Reset

The Neuro Reset is an educational channel about traditional Vietnamese acupressure - the hands, the feet, and the rest of the body.

My name is Nguyen Duy Phong. I am in Vietnam, and I have spent fifteen years on this work.

Here you will find where to press, how hard, how long, and when not to press at all. Every method is shown step by step and made for practising on your own, sitting in a chair.

No needles. No medication. Pressure, attention, and time.

On this channel:

Acupressure for the neck, shoulders, back and joints

The inside edge of the foot, read in this tradition as the line of the spine

Pressure points of Vietnamese traditional medicine, in plain words

The days you should leave it alone
