Distracting my chronic pain & depression one colour at a time. 
Hi my name is Nathan Lindsell & a couple of years ago I had a nasty injury, that has left me in chronic pain & now I suffer with chronic depression as well. I found that art is a good way to distract myself from the negative thinking & also taking my mind off the pain, it’s not getting rid of it but it’s taking the focus off it for a little bit. I do all types of art & I hope you join with me as I share to you what I’ve learnt along the way.
