The Real15 Podcast: Insight with Sisters

This channel houses the podcast: The Real 15 with Sisters who are are subject matter experts in weight loss. We started a podcast to discuss their weight loss journey. We both embarked upon not one but two weight loss journeys, one separate and the last one we completed together, losing 160 pounds collectively. In our respectively first major weight loss journeys, Zakiya, the younger Sister lost 130 pounds by diet and exercise in 2012 and Jameela began a journey shortly after and lost about 70 pounds. We had both gained back our weight from those journeys and decided to support one another and take one together. We started on January 11, 2021 and Zakiya lost almost 100 pounds and Jameela lost 60 pounds.
