The Jiu Jitsu Institute

Daily Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes held at The Jiu Jitsu Institute in Wilmington, NC.  Black belt/owner Gil Alcocer, began training in 2008, received black belt under world renowned Mendes brothers in 2019.  First completely free online BJJ academy.  Feel free to ask questions pertaining to the techniques and I'll do my best to respond to them all, I'll even upload video responses when needed. And feel free to throw in any suggestions for the channel!
