The Yoga Shala is based in Leith, Edinburgh. A place where yoga is practiced from the heart, led with authenticity and always striving to create community, support and inclusivity. A studio where the rich traditions of yoga sit at its core, through the physical practices and philosophical ones too. 

Practising vinyasa, Hatha, restorative, yin and lots more. Senior teachers. Small practices.
