Vicki-Marie Cossar | The Wellness Editor

What does wellbeing mean to you? A strong body? A quiet mind? Balanced nutrition? Or maybe it's a moment of calm in your aesthetic doctor's chair?

Wellbeing means different things to different people, and that's what makes it so interesting.

I'm Vicki-Marie Cossar, a journalist and editor with more than 25 years' experience writing about health, fitness, beauty and wellbeing. I'm also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Mum to twin girls.

After years of writing about these subjects for newspapers and magazines, I've launched The Wellness Editor to explore the things that help us feel good and live better.

From the latest beauty treatments and wellness trends to fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing, I'll be looking at what's out there, speaking to experts and sharing what I discover along the way.

The aim? To cut through the hype, make sense of the information and help you work out what's worth your time, money and energy.

Welcome to The Wellness Editor.
