The Wandering Lala

Welcome to The Wandering Lala where I showcase the delights, mishaps and marvels of life solo travelling as a woman. I’m Lala, an artist, an un-conventional nomadic moto gypsy, an ex-musical theatre performer, current all round creative, spiritual, musical, adventurous seeker of experiences that throw me out of my comfort zone.

My wandering so far has taken me all around the world, most recently I clocked 40,000 kilometres and two years of travel time on my beloved ‘Ladybug’, a Zongshen CSC RX3 around the entire continent of South America. Where to next....? Everywhere!

Come with me as I bike, hike and meander along roads less travelled. Here, adventure meets intuition, solitude dances with creativity, the unexpected flirts with hilarity and every new adventure affirms something new about the human experience. Armed with my motorcycle, my ukulele and my poetic lens, join me in navigating the delights and the disasters of life on the road, one country at a time.

Wander with me 🦋
