POETS WITH PARKINSONS

Having Parkinson's Disease is like living in another country. Parkinsonia is a strange land that to outward appearances is indistinguishable from any other land here on earth. But look closely and you'll see it is very different indeed. Parkinson's is a neurological condition that is both degenerative and incurable. It can and does affect every part of the body and mind, gradually getting worse. The medication which at best can only alleviate the symptoms causes as many problems as the disease itself. It is a dreadful disease the horror of which only its victims truly know. We hope the words written here may help others to at least understand.
