The Uptaken

The Uptaken from Birmingham England is forging the future of R&B, crafting soundscapes that are as intricate as they are immersive. As both a producer and vocalist, The Uptaken builds sonic worlds out of ethereal, prismatic synths and deeply textured basslines.
Known for a distinct vocal approach, The Uptaken utilizes a soulful chest voice that lends striking depth and intimacy to the narrative before transcendending it with weightless falsetto highs.
The Uptaken delivers a brand of futuristic R&B—a genre where emotion and technology merge to create something truly transcendent.
