having toured, produced, and managed  Waylon over 23 years.  Featuring Recording artist Billy Payne on vocals who has had 2 number 1's on Cashbox top 40, 2025 and 2026 with several other songs charted.  Billy a friend of Waylon recorded 7 albums  with Waylon’s band. Jeff Hale played drums with Waylon for 15 years caving done projects and tours with Tony Joe White, Eric Clapton, Tom Jones, The Osmond's, Michael McDonald, and a list of others.
