The Thrive Mama

My name is Lauren! I am a wife, nurse, certified lactation counselor, and mother to three. I wanted to create a platform where moms  feel supported and empowered in their journeys into motherhood, birth, and breastfeeding. A place mothers can feel confident and excited to go into birth, and find the tools you need to thrive in postpartum and motherhood. A place where you can receive evidence based education to be able to give informed consent to medical decisions regarding you and your baby. The name Thrive Mama, is derived from my  mission. I want to help moms thrive in ALL aspects of pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and motherhood. I wanted to harness all the knowledge that I acquired as a nurse, lactation counselor, and personal experiences with my own three children.  I am here for you and want to help you thrive!
