At the Third Wave Center for Mindfulness and Behavior Therapy, our vision is to cultivate a mindful, values-driven community where personal growth and psychological healing are grounded in awareness, compassion, and committed action. 

Rooted in the third wave of behavioral science, The Third Wave Center integrates mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion into evidence-based therapies that help people live with greater meaning and flexibility. We believe transformation arises not from fighting our inner experiences, but from turning toward them with openness and curiosity.

Our approach blends modern contextual behavioral science—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Relational Frame Theory (RFT)—with mindfulness practice and community connection.

We see behavioral health as a lifelong process of psychological flexibility— learning to stay open, balanced, and values driven.
