After spending 20 years in the wellness industry, working with the leading voices in Longevity and also struggling with my own cancer diagnosis, I've created this channel to help educate others looking to thrive in the second half of life and avoid all the snake oil and misinformation in the wellness business.   Cancer diagnosis is what catapulted me into a much more active and healthy life.  I'm a living example that you can put on muscle and gain mobility after 50 - I didn't start weight resistance until I was 60.  My biological and physical fitness is 20 years younger.  I'm on a mission to be the fittest 80 year old on the planet.  These are some of my lessons learned and also my journey with peptides and other longevity hacks.
