TheStrengthRx

StrengthRx is about building and defending physical capacity in a full adult life.

I am Pierre Palo, a physician who avoided the weight room for twenty-two years. The medical training is context. The bar is the story.

These videos explore what strength training adds alongside cardio, how to begin or return, and how to adjust training to your circumstances. We distinguish research findings, personal experience, and the StrengthRx framework. Feeling drained can have many causes; strength is one part of the picture.

New video every Thursday.
