The Steer Restaurant & Saloon — a chophouse and saloon on Main Street in
Buffalo, NY, reopened in 2026 as The New Steer.

Hand-cut steaks over a wood-fired grill, Buffalo wings eight ways, Beef on
Weck, our own take on the Stinger, artisan pizzas, and a full vegan menu that
people genuinely drive across town for. A newly renovated saloon bar with 14
taps and a craft cocktail list, plus a private banquet room for 20 to 100
guests.

Minutes from UB's South Campus in University Heights, on the Metro Rail line,
with parking on site.
