Rebecca Bury - The Speaking Gym

If you're capable at your job but your voice becomes unreliable under pressure - blanking when put on the spot, over-preparing for short updates, replaying conversations for hours, then you're not alone.

You've probably tried frameworks, videos, presentation training. It hasn't worked because none of it addresses what's actually happening: your nervous system has learned that speaking is a threat.

I explain why your body hijacks you in certain situations and what actually fixes it: calibrated practice that retrains your response so you can finally think clearly when it counts.

The Speaking Gym is a live, small-group programme for workplace speaking. We retrain your nervous system first, then layer in tools that stick. Because confidence comes from repeated safe exposure, not solo practice or videos alone.
