was born as a physical space created to provide a stress-free aosis in the center of the bustling metropoli of Shanghai, where people could practice mindfulness, become more self-awareness, and tackle life challenges with a steadier mind. 

With our Online Studio, we transcend physical boundaries—making transformative practices accessible to anyone, anywhere. We believe true well-being and wisdom cannot be confined by geography.

Online just like offline, we’re focused on building a community of individuals committed to their journey of Self-discovery. We offer Universal Yoga and Vikasa inspired yoga classes, somatic holotropic breathwork, meditation, as well as different modalities of energy work:  sessions that leave you with a deep sense of peace and balance.
