The Sourced Historian by Jordy

The Sourced Historian by Jordy produces cinematic, in-depth history documentaries focusing on the pivotal moments, regimes, and eras that shaped the modern world.

From the dramatic collapse of centuries-old empires to the inner workings of 20th-century dictatorships, every episode delivers a serious, high-quality historical narrative. True to our name, we cover history with a focused, measured, and calm storytelling approach, proving that deep history doesn't need to be loud to be gripping.

Every script is independently researched, written, and structured by me, backed by comprehensive historical sources.
