The Seated View

I am an author, health and disability advocate, and photographer. I was born and raised in Denmark, and developed juvenile arthritis when I was four years old four years old and have used a power wheelchair since my teens. I am dedicated to using my lived experience combined with my MSW degree to help you live well with rheumatoid arthritis and other types of chronic illness. My name is pronounced Lena and I live in Toronto, Canada with two cats and too many books.
