The School of Wrestling

I’m Dalton Bullard, founder and head coach of The School of Wrestling. My goal is simple: develop better wrestlers, smarter competitors, and stronger people.

I’m a former Division I wrestler at the University of Illinois and the University of Nebraska, a two-time Division III All-American at Elmhurst College, and I hold a degree in Exercise Science. I’ve been coaching developmental wrestling since 2006, with a focus on building athletes technically, physically, and mentally.

This channel provides high-level wrestling education through technical breakdowns, training concepts, match analysis, and mindset development. My content is for athletes, coaches, and parents who want to understand the sport at a deeper level, from foundational fundamentals to advanced strategies used at the highest levels.
