At 48, I packed up my apartment and walked away from a corporate career to take a 13-month sabbatical across 21 countries.
The Sabbatical Files is my real-time experiment in redesigning life. After decades of project management, ADHD, and mounting burnout, I stepped off the treadmill. 

This channel documents the unfiltered reality of an adult gap year—focusing on mental health recovery, redefining who we are outside our jobs, and finally having time to chase what lights us up (like following independent UK artist Ren across the globe).
