Welcome to The Roller Derby Collective!

Our mission is to intentionally and mindfully offer resources that bring collective values and transformational empowerment to the forefront of both roller derby and your life. 

Many of us have been attracted to the derby community for the inclusive, expansive, and revolutionary space that it is within our predominantly patriarchal societies. Most of us have also grown up and been conditioned, often unconsciously, to internalize and perpetuate these same patriarchal beliefs and systems both within roller derby and our day-to-day lives. Often becoming our default experience, which limits our growth, impact, and collective evolution. 

We started this to bring conscious awareness to these constrictive systems, heal our communities, transform our perspectives, expand our possibilities, and more fully embody & pursue our unique potential.
