This channel is for coaches, leaders and practitioners who want to understand what happens inside people before anything happens between them...especially in moments of stress, conflict and change. 

Rather than focussing on techniques or quick fixes, the work here looks at regulation as a foundational skill: the capacity to stay present, think clearly, and respond intentionally when stakes are high.
