The Redside Foundation

The Redside Foundation supports and strengthens the professional outdoor guiding community.

Our 24/7 Guide Helpline connects guides with a licensed therapist who is also a guide by phone or text. From there, if need, we will connect the guide with a fully licensed therapist in their area or via telehealth who 'gets' the guiding life and its challenges for 8 initial sessions at no cost.

Mental health is not a stand alone issue. It is deeply connected to other aspects of life. Therefore we also offer academic scholarships, professional development grants, free financial health coaching, physical health support and community events like the annual Redside Rendezvous.

On this channel: guide stories, Redside updates, and honest conversations about guide health, resilience, and connection.

Guides: if you are struggling, please call or text 208-740-1192 anytime. Always confidential.

In crisis? Call or text 988.
