I’m an ADHD therapist, qualified clinical supervisor, and parent to two glorious neurodivergent kids.

I specialise in identity and belonging - particularly where these are shaped by ADHD, autism, mixed-cultural life, twin relationships, and diverse experiences of gender, sexuality, and relationships. I also support people through spirituality and major life transitions, including grief, loss, and relationship change.

This channel is for anyone drawn to these topics and looking for deeper understanding, reflection, and support.

ABOUT MY WORK: I work creatively with insight, informed by both professional training and my own experience of being identified as neurodivergent - combined ADHD and gifted. I’m UK trained and BACP-accredited, though now live in Sweden. I work online with clients around the world, and both online and in-person in Sweden.
