The Poet’s Heart

Welcome to The Poet’s Heart, where poetry, art, and the human experience come together.

I’m a writer, artist, and mental health therapist who has always been curious about what makes us feel, connect, heal, and grow. Here, I share original poems and reflections inspired by life, love, loss, relationships and the moments that shape us.

One poem at a time, I’m exploring the beauty, humor, heartache, and wonder of being human.
