Whether you are a brand new runner or you have been running for years, there is always a new way that running can change your life.  And this is what the Planted Runner is all about.

The name, The Planted Runner, is not just about how to run better, faster, and farther, fueled by plants.  

Being planted also means that you are ready for growth.  You can start exactly where you are right now, and get better.  

I’m Coach Claire Bartholic, and I went from not running at all to finishing a marathon in 2:58 at age 42.  I’ve coached hundreds of runners of all ages and abilities with science-backed training, nutrition, and mental strength techniques.
