The Perch North Coast

The Perch is a luxurious retreat, outside Portrush on an elevated site in the countryside of the beautiful North Coast.  Our emphasis is on luxury with a view.  We want you to have an ‘individual hotel room’ experience.  Each Perch is fitted with modern decor and every bathroom has underfloor heating to keep those feet nice and cosy after a refreshing shower.  With a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering accommodation.  The Perch overlooks its own lake where you can enjoy watching a wonderful variety of wildlife.

It is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with a view that spans across the north coast.  Indulge in views of the Atlantic ocean, Portrush, Coleraine, Castlerock, Donegal, and even the most northernly part of Ireland, Innistrahull island. The Perch is a magnificent place to watch the sunset or star-gaze at night without light pollution.
