The Open Circle Podcast

Where experience, ambition, and insight meet.

The Open Circle Podcast brings every level of life sciences into one conversation. Hosts Vidya Narayanaswamy and Priya Setty sit down with C-suite leaders, managers and early- to mid-career professionals in MedTech and Pharma to talk about what is really happening in regulatory, clinical trials, medical devices and drug development, and how it looks from every seat at the table.

Each season follows one theme: three interviews, with an executive, a manager and a team member, then a roundtable that brings all three together. Seasons alternate between MedTech and Pharma.

Vidya brings 18+ years in pharma, from the lab bench to AI-enabled drug discovery and global regulatory strategy. Priya brings nearly two decades in healthcare, from clinical practice to device regulation and AI governance.
