The Office Dad Recruiter

Now you "know a guy"

I'm affectionately known as The Office Dad, a nickname earned over two decades of building high-performing sales and service teams (the last 15 in staffing) for two reasons: I can't resist coaching people up, and I never miss a chance for a bad dad joke.

This channel is built around making matches that last. Helping candidates navigate their career search, recruiters manage every part of a 360 degree desk to place top talent, and hiring managers across every industry find and retain the best people. Expect straight, practical advice with insight from all three sides of the table. Pull up a chair and grab something to write with. Fair warning: the dad jokes are coming.
