The Nicheless Niche

The Nicheless Niche is for people who did the right things, worked hard, got good at what they do… and then quietly started wondering: Is this it?
No life hacks. No reinvention manifestos. No hustle, glow-ups, or “find your purpose in seven steps.”

Just honest, slightly sarcastic explorations of work, ambition, leadership, AI, identity, power, psychology, books, ageing and human behaviour.
Sometimes through a story. Sometimes a book. Sometimes a framework that helps make sense of the mess.

If you’re competent but tired, restless but still curious, interested in almost everything, and allergic to motivational noise, this is for you.

Better questions. Useful ideas. Quiet parts said out loud.
You’re not lost. You’re just not buying the story anymore.

I’ve spent nearly two decades in business and leadership, but I’m most interested in questions beyond job titles- the human behaviour!
