Nearly 3 decades serving the community of Philadelphia as a police officer. Professional bodybuilder. World champion powerlifter. Fifty years old and still chasing more!

I'm Dave Brown, The Natty King. This channel is where I share the training, the coaching, and the mindset behind competing at the highest level in two sports while working full time on the street.

You'll find competition prep, real training sessions, coaching for athletes at every level, and the discipline it takes to keep showing up long after most people quit.
My message is simple: your best years don't have to be behind you. Age doesn't define what you're capable of, your mindset does.

The only excuse is not to make one!!!
