A deeply personal documentary following adults over 55 as they explore psychedelic-assisted therapy to address depression, anxiety, grief, and unresolved inner work.

Through intimate, story-driven portraits, the film looks beyond the science to the human experience of healing later in life—what it means to reflect, reconnect, and begin again in the second half of life.

I experienced my first facilitated therapeutic journey at age 68 in 2023. It profoundly shifted my relationship to depression, purpose, and aging, and ultimately called me to make this film. My goal is to help spark an open, thoughtful conversation about mental health, healthy aging, and new possibilities for wellbeing in later life.
