Mariachi Nuevo Viajero was founded in January of 2019 by husband and wife Jesus and Maria Rivera. The ensemble consisted of a family of 5 violinists and 1 guitarist. Fulfilling our dream to become Corpus Christi’s first family owned mariachi. Today Mariachi Nuevo Viajero is 14 members strong and is one of the largest traditional mariachis in the coastal bend. We strive to encourage our young talented musicians from around the area and enjoy giving back to our community by donating our talents to nonprofit as well as musical programs such as youth odyssey, IBC, Cancer awareness organizations, and many other educational programs as well. What is life without music and family to share it with.

Que Viva el Mariachi!!
