The Lyceum Clinic

BABCP-accredited, clinician-led CBT and therapy support for West London, online across the UK and the Gulf.

The Lyceum Clinic is a BABCP-accredited, clinician-led CBT practice based in West London. Clinical Director Sanah Younis (BABCP Membership No. 1000792, MBABCP) brings experience across NHS Talking Therapies and more than a decade of clinical practice to every session.

We work with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and stress, using CBT alongside ERP, trauma-focused CBT, ACT, CFT, behavioural activation, applied relaxation, mindfulness-based CBT and motivational interviewing, whichever approach fits the person in front of us.

Sessions run in person across West London and online across the UK and the Gulf region. You can book directly, whether you're paying privately or through an insurance panel.
