Long Runner

Are there enough running channels on YouTube? NO!

Welcome to The Long Run, a running channel with content targeted a little more to the older runner — but hopefully with something for everyone as well.

So if you're over 50, or a math(s) or data nerd, follow along, have a bit of fun, and perhaps learn the odd thing or two while you're here.

My aim is to keep videos short — around 10 minutes. There won't be a new video every day or even every week — my aim is to average about monthly.
