The Lean Dad

Welcome to The Lean Dad 👋🏻

Lean isn’t just for factories.

After years working in Lean and Continuous Improvement, I created The Lean Dad with one simple mission:

To teach the next generation how to think, solve problems, and improve—before they even enter the workplace.

Here we make Lean simple, practical and fun, bringing ideas like Kaizen, 5S, problem solving, standard work, visual management and continuous improvement into everyday life.

From the home 🏠 to school 🎓 to the workplace 💼, we’ll explore how small improvements can make a big difference.

Whether you’re a parent, teacher, leader, Lean professional—or simply someone who wants to get 1% better every day—you’re in the right place.

Small improvements. Every day. Everywhere.

Subscribe and join me on the journey to build tomorrow’s problem solvers. 🚀
