Using non-invasive methods, including thermal imaging, gas tracing, acoustic, moisture meter and endoscopic camera, we can accurately diagnose and locate hidden leaks. Our equipment works in a range of property constructions, including through concrete floors. Our employed engineers (DBS checked for peace of mind) are qualified and experienced plumbers. Most internal leaks can be exposed and repaired on the same day, by the same engineer. This includes lifting floor finishes and excavating concrete floors. 

In domestic properties, we offer a ‘no find – no fee’ guarantee on internal hot and cold pipes (excludes heating and incoming mains, T&C’s apply). A detailed written report with photos and itemised invoice is supplied the next working day, suitable for assisting with a ‘trace and access’ or escape of water insurance claim.
