Welcome to The Layered Page, formerly Creative Bird Studio, my name is Lisa and I live in Perth, Western Australia. 

I love Mixed Media Art and trying out different techniques, learning to use my art supplies in new and creative ways. When I make art and create with my hands all my thoughts and worries melt away into the distance. It brings me a sense of calm, the more I create, the more inspired I am to create. I hope to be able to inspire others as I have been inspired by so many wonderful artists. 

I am passionate about creating Junk Journals, vintage style ephemera and handmade mixed media books.
