The Laurie Snyder Team

Welcome to our channel. We are Laurie Snyder and Carmen Kantz, the mother-daughter team behind The Laurie Snyder Team Brokered by EXP Realty, LLC.

After 24 years as a teacher and middle-high school principal, stepping into real estate felt like a natural continuation of what I love most: guiding people through major life transitions with patience, clear communication, and zero guesswork. Together, Carmen and I bring over 50 closed homes a year, deep local roots in Northwest Pennsylvania, and strong ties to Florida's Space Coast.

We specialize in listing luxury properties, but our standard never changes. We treat every transaction with the exact same level of care, strong negotiation, and clear direction.

Expect honest market updates, property walk-throughs, and simple, practical advice to help you prepare for your next move.
