I'm 52 Y/O & new to YouTube. I have a few channels. It's fun. 
I started them all about the same time. This is my FAVORITE channel & subject! 

1. God stopped making land a long time ago, that is a fact. The more land you own, the more OPTIONS you have, that is also a fact. Options are great!

2. We discuss generating INCOME well PAST retirement years on various sized plots of LAND.

3. Multiple streams of income is way better than having only one job. Multiple streams, multiple YouTube channels etc. 

4. Making money is great. The more money generated, the more we can bless others & ourselves.
