The James Jennings Project

This channel shares songs from my album- "Hitchhiking On A Narrow Road" and from my book "Salt and Light- Meditations on the Sermon on the Mount". Both can be found as a digital download bundle at my website thejamesjenningsproject.com The album is available there and on all streaming platforms. The message of Jesus is not about political power or culture war. I hope to remind people of the Jesus who is so often misrepresented.

I’ve been writing music since early 1974, the same year I began playing the guitar, and found my life transformed spiritually. My musical influences range from Steely Dan, Peter Gabriel, James Taylor, David Crosby, Keith Green, and Todd Rundgren to Burt Bacharach, Joni Mitchell, and Carole King.

On my website you can also see much of my professional photography. While I've tried to make the book and album available for free, if you purchase them from my website or amazon it will help to defray the cost of these projects
