The Intimacy Gram

Recovery happens.  The Intimacy Gram is a recovery tool for diagramming the quality of relationships and life balance.  The Intimacy Gram YouTube channel is a platform for instruction on healthy living and balance.  My hope is to guide and inspire others to become their most excellent versions.

My videos reflect concepts presented in The Loving Parent Guidebook and Big Red Book of ACA, DBT, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and other 12 Step Materials.  I hope to simplify and demystify the concepts of trauma recovery, Mindfulness, good Mental Health and Self Care. I try to inspire others with strategies and solutions.

I'm Ken Francis, M.S., California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & author of recovery focused books: The Intimacy Gram and The Gratitude Snorkel.  All are available worldwide from Amazon.
