After years in a high-stress, high-tech career, I hit a breaking point and realized that success, as it’s often defined, wasn’t what I truly wanted. I grew up fast in a chaotic home, built a life on survival and grit—but eventually, I came to crave something deeper: peace, connection, and meaning.

This channel is about living on purpose—with less stuff, more presence, seasonal rhythms, emotional honesty, and a return to what matters most. I share what I’m learning from intentional communities, simple living, sustainable food, emotional healing, and how tools like AI can help us reflect, heal, and grow with more clarity.
