Running was my escape in high school from a tough home life. Through loss and difficult times, it has always been my therapy. After losing my mother a year ago, running once again became my refuge.

I’m a 63-year-old runner from rural Indiana, training 5 days a week through all seasons.

This channel is about consistency, real miles, and proving that strong running doesn’t stop with age.
