Rebecca Welstead-Green

I’m Rebecca Welstead-Green — Independent Nurse Prescriber, owner of The Green Room Clinic, founder of the Academy of Medical Aesthetics and Obagi Gold Ambassador, with over 18 years in medical aesthetics.

Awarded Best Patient Transformation 2026/27 with NeoGen Plasma.

This channel is where I share what actually works — from NeoGen and Obagi medical-grade skincare to regenerative aesthetics, real patient journeys and honest conversations about the industry.

For medical practitioners, I share clinical education, business growth, patient experience and the things the industry forgot to teach you about building a successful, profitable clinic.

Real-world experience. Proven strategies. No fluff.

Healthy skin first. Natural results always.
