The Golden Slumlord

Welcome to the real side of landlord life – the good, the bad, and the downright UGLY!
I’m just a regular guy managing a few rental properties, sharing unfiltered day-to-day reality: dealing with amazing tenants, nightmare evictions, massive cleanouts after messy move-outs, property damage repairs, trash-outs, hoarder situations, and everything in between.

Expect raw vlogs on:
• Eviction processes and walkthroughs
• Cleaning up trashed rentals and turnover horrors
• Real talk about bad tenants vs good ones
• Rental property maintenance, surprises, and lessons learned
• My two furry sidekicks (the dogs) keeping me company through it all
