It is a life we are called as Spiritual Christians to live daily. It is a true standard; such is the life of Christ that we are to exemplify daily which is:

• a life of Prayer
• a life of Fasting
• a life of the Word
• a life of Worship

Practicing this life “daily” we stay fully united with Christ.
This is the church of God in its new and perfect state. 
Just as the four square life.
