I’m Jaycee Spagrud, a life coach trained in thought work and behavior change. Here, I teach the skills most people were never taught- how to manage your thoughts and follow through — even when your mind tries to pull you off course.

My work began helping people stop overeating and become normal eaters. Through that work, it became clear that food was never the real issue — the issue was how the mind reacts to discomfort.
